What are your postage and packing costs?

Postage and packaging is free of charge.

When will I receive my goods?

Goods will be despatched within three working days of placing your order and should reach you within two working days of despatch. 'Competencies', 'How To' Guides and 'Byte Size Learning Modules' are available to download immediately after payment.

But I need my order super-fast!

For more urgent requests please contact us and we'll pull something out of the hat to ensure you get your order when you need it.

Do you deliver overseas?

Please contact us and we will provide you with a quote, as shipping costs will depend on the weight and destination of the order.

How are my goods despatched?

Orders will be despatched using one of the following: Royal Mail; FedEx; or UK Mail. We will let you know if we are unable to dispatch the goods within five working days.

How do I pay for my items?

We accept all debit and credit cards and use Paypal to process these transactions. Simply add the items you wish to buy to your basket and follow the instructions.

I have received an incorrect item, what should I do?

Contact us on 01477 505811 within 7 days of receiving your incorrect item. We will then organise a collection and a replacement or refund for your goods.

What do I do if I want to return an item?

Should you change your mind about purchasing an item and you wish to return it, you must notify us of your decision within 14 working days of receipt of your goods. The item must be unused and undamaged and be in a resaleable condition. Therefore this excludes any materials that have been branded with a client's logo.
