LINPAC Allibert has been an Instep client for a number of years. We have worked together on a range of projects and one particular project on performance management has now taken us to work with them in Paris.

Planning started in November with a meeting between LINPAC's Group HR Director and French HR Manager in Paris to discuss their needs in detail. This led to the design of a bespoke two-day programme for them, with the tailored materials translated into French. The programme is being delivered successfully in March 2010.
