Instep will deliver all Management Development training for all of the Northern Foods sites operating in the UK.

The successful award of this project follows a formal tendering process, and despite stiff competition Instep have been awarded the contract for a minimum period of three years.

This will develop and build upon the excellent work we have already delivered to a number of Northern Foods sites, including the delivery of the Leadership Edge programme for Fox's Biscuits.

Northern Foods employs over 10,000 people throughout the UK and Ireland and supply great tasting food to all of the major supermarkets. Products are divided into three key divisions, across 20 sites. The divisions are:

• Chillled - ready meals, sandwiches, salads and pizza
• Bakery - Fox's Biscuits, Matthew Walker Christmas puddings
• Frozen - pizza, pies, vegetables, meat grills and burgers.

We look forward to starting the delivery of the programmes in late July 2010.
