Instep UK was invited by the Welsh Assembly Government to speak at five Investors in People Network Club events across Wales in February.

In light of the economic climate, we chose to speak about 'Smarter Training' - how to get the most out of your training budget. This topic was chosen to help all sizes of organisations to think more creatively about accommodating the development needs across their organisation with a reduced or limited budget.

Over the course of the five events we met more than 350 people, all with their own set of work-based challenges. From large multinationals to companies employing less than five people, there were solutions and answers for everyone.
