Terms and Conditions
- 'Options' vouchers must be used within twelve months of purchase
- All fees are payable before the workshop start date
- If cancellations are made, the following charges apply
- Cancellation up to and including the 17th working day before the work was due to begin your voucher/place will be refunded
- Cancellation on the 17th (or earlier) working day before the works was due to begin your voucher/place will be redeemed
- Substitutes can be made prior to the workshop at no penalty cost
- Instep reserves the right to cancel/postpone the date of any workshop, if necessary.
