People buy people, and although all of the Instep team are characters and personalities in their own right, there is a certain characteristic of an Instep team member. We work very hard to find them, recruit them and develop them. Many clients have commented that, throughout the whole team, we are committed to achieving the desired results.
Our team of 38 trainers, consultants, client managers and support staff will provide exceptional levels of service working to create long-term relationships. We aim to be a natural extension of our client's businesses, a strategic partner who works closely with our clients and provides access to an extensive product and service resource.
We are justifiably proud of the quality of our trainer and consultant team and would welcome the opportunity for you to meet them. This can be done by:
- Meeting the recommended trainer/consultant(s) as part of the project planning stage
- Observing their delivery to clients (arranged by prior agreement)
- For larger projects we would also be happy to arrange a 'Meet the Team' event at either Instep's premises or your own, to provide a more informal opportunity to meet a range of our consultants.
All our delivery team comply with Instep's vigorous quality assurance standards. This includes all consultants being observed delivering on a quarterly basis by a member of the Instep Quality Assurance team and bi-annual appraisals with the Service Development Director. In addition, an internal member of the Quality Assurance team reviews every set of workshop feedback forms.
