A one-day workshop.

Aim of the Workshop:

To enable participants to develop their assertiveness skills, helping them to improve the way they deal with difficult situations at work in a confident and effective manner.

Workshop Objectives:

By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:

  • Define assertive behaviour
  • Recognise 4 different behaviour positions, and the likely outcome of adopting them
  • Explain their assertive rights, and those of others
  • Use a three-step approach to assertiveness with success
