Aim of the Workshop:
To give participants the skills and knowledge required to successfully coach individuals to achieve agreed results and objectives.
Workshop Objectives:
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Define the benefits that can be achieved from coaching
- Define coaching and the role of the coach
- Identify factors that affect people's performance
- Use the BECKS model as a means of identifying factors which may affect a learners performance
- Apply the GROW coaching model as a framework for the coaching process
- Further develop the skills required for effective coaching
- Identify and minimise potential barriers to effective coaching.
