Aim of the Workshop:
To enable participants to understand current financial practices and make the link between 'corporate' financial documents (e.g. Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account) and 'operational' monitoring tools (e.g. Cashflow, regular Management Accounts Reports).
Workshop Objectives:
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Explain the value of 'corporate' financial controls
- Make the link between an organisation's budget and its devolved accountabilities
- Explore approaches to aligning financial performance data to operational performance data.
