Aim of the Workshop:
To develop an understanding of the process of advanced communication skills and use these skills on work and personal life.
Workshop Objectives:
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- Identify the components of state and state changes and have a range of strategies for creating different states
- Use perceptual positions in communications with others
- List their own beliefs; blocking, empowering and develop ways to change them
- Develop an action plan as an individual and with the team, which fits the goals and plans of the company.
