Aim of the Workshop:
To enable participants to Lead confidently and effectively in the workplace to drive organisational performance.
Workshop Objectives:
By the end of the workshop, participants will be able to:
- State the benefits of effective Leadership
- Explain the distinction of the primary leadership relationships
- Use tools for developing leadership identity and mission
- Use strategies to counter limiting beliefs and behaviours
- Identify the range of communication preferences and adapt their communication style accordingly as and when required
- Describe transactions that can that build positive relationships between team members
- Generate conditions for people to work successfully in teams.

- Welcome and introduction
- Identifying the benefits of effective Leadership
- Revisiting key Leadership theory - How does Action Centred Leadership work for you in practice
- Distinction between primary leadership relationships
- The tools for developing leadership identity and mission
- Strategies we can use to counter limiting beliefs and behaviours - practising the strategies
- VAK Communication preferences - what is your preference, how does that impact on your team members
- How to build positive relationships between team members
- How to generate conditions for effective team
- Individual Action Planning
- Workshop evaluation and summary.
NB This programme is targeted at more experienced Managers/Leader and will build on the learning from the Team Leader Development programme.
