The Cott Corporation is one of the world's largest non-alcoholic beverage companies and the world's largest retailer brand soft drink provider, with business dealings in more than 60 countries around the globe. With three sites in the UK employing over 700 staff, the challenge was to ensure that managers across all three sites were using a consistent approach to managing and leading teams and individuals.
Following a series of diagnostic interviews, we developed a six-module Management Development Programme. Using our Learning Transfer Model, all delegates were supported on the programme by their line managers before and after the delivery of every module. The programme has been hugely successful and those that have attended the programme now share a greater understanding of what is expected of them as a Leader working within the Cott organisation.
