On our training programmes, we give every single delegate a positive and motivating learning experience – we call it “The Instep Experience” – you'll know when you've had it, because you'll feel a difference. The Instep Experience

We achieve this by adopting some core principles and practices from Accelerated Learning and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). We recognise that we all have different ways of learning and we make sure that every Instep learning event includes a combination of styles and techniques that appeal to all these differences – we make sure that there is something for everyone.

Since we are so focused on results, we make the learning as relevant for our delegates as possible so that they have the best chance of applying their learning back at work - it's not all about running a great workshop, in fact it's a blend of learning.
