Delivering the Project
When we commit to delivering a project, we take our commitment very seriously and so plan each project thoroughly to ensure we are set up for success right from the start. We are duty bound to deliver every one of the outcomes we have contracted for - and some we haven't! We pride ourselves on exceeding our customer expectations and we want our customers to be delighted with what we have jointly achieved.
Style of Delivery
Our delivery team utilise Accelerated Learning and Neuro-Linguistic Programming tools when working with delegates to ensure the best possible learning environment.
We give the delegates an opportunity to practice new skills, tools and techniques in a safe environment. Delegates will be able to see the relevance of all material covered to their workplace, role and culture. Case study material will be designed specifically to reflect the environment and challenges they face in the workplace. We will design a wide variety of case study material ensuring relevance for all delegates.
In our experience, delegates respond to a delivery style that is not dominated by the course tutor and encourages involvement at all times. Within any group of learners there will be a variance of how individuals in the group prefer to learn. Our approach is to appeal to all seven intelligences throughout the delivery to ensure learners' specific needs are catered for.

We get 'In Step' with you. We like to be briefed on the big picture and the detail. We want to know your goals; your markets; your challenges; your strengths and weaknesses - we like open, honest and factual conversations about where you are now and where you would like to be. We then work with you on a specific project that can support you in moving forward.
We are flexible in our approach and will keep refining the process and/or the programme until we have surpassed your expectations.

Although many projects have multiple stakeholders and many outcomes to achieve, we believe at Instep that being clever is about taking complicated things and making them seem straight-forward. This makes us very easy to work with.
We can Work in Partnership with Your Other Providers
We recognise that clients may have other providers that have links to the project we are supporting and so we readily engage with those providers in order to achieve the agreed project objectives. Instep also has partnering agreements with a range of complimentary organisations that we can access to support projects that include, for example, online learning, online assessment tools, etc.
